Perhaps one of the greatest features is the brand new 500 square feet (largest allowed) 'Beach Club' style dock designed by the owner of the property. The dock has a brand-new retractable ladder so you can launch your kayaks easily if you desire. Foa'Lua features a separate workspace in the third bedroom in case you are coming to work remotely. You will enjoy the unique, different, and beautiful views from each of the living areas of the home!

The home has a beautiful balcony space located off of the living room with sunset views and a large patio off of the ground level. The ground level is easily accessible via the stairwell in the front or the stairwell in the back.
