The Space:

Enjoy meals at the dining set for four, with views of the fenced backyard through the kitchen window. Access the outdoors through a nine-paneled door leading to the screened lanai.

The cozy first bedroom, situated on a corner, offers a comfortable King bed and ample natural light from two windows. Complete with nightstands, lamps, a ceiling fan, dresser, and a spacious closet. Adjacent is the modern farmhouse-style first bathroom, showcasing quartz counters, black hardware, hardwood shelves, and a stunning nine-paneled black-framed glass shower enclosure.

Across the hallway, the second bedroom features two windows, blinds, drapes, a cable TV, a full bed, and a pull-out twin trundle bed. The nearby second bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, an upgraded vanity, a unique round mirror, and charming shiplap walls. The full-sized laundry room includes new front-loading machines and a convenient wooden counter for folding clothes.

Outside, the expansive screened lanai features driftwood-style tiled flooring, a ceiling fan, a four-top outdoor dining set, and a cozy accent chair. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
