Our first floor apartment in the heart of the CBD is perfectly positioned to explore all the restaurants, cafes, bars and entertainment Adelaide has to offer. You will love the beautiful view overlooking Hurtle Square along with the use of a tennis court, and BBQ area.
Our 3 bedroom apartment can host 6 guests. Whether it's 3 couples or a family holiday exploring Adelaide, our space is designed to accommodate your needs. Arriving back at the apartment you will forget you are staying in the city as you enjoy open views of parkland. With new and quality decor and furnishings the apartment is set up with your comfort in mind. We know that the best getaways are fun getaways, that is why we have provided games, WIFI, as well as tennis racquets and balls so you can enjoy having a hit on the outdoor tennis court.
Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment and one underground carpark during their stay. The apartment is self check-in via a lock box for your convenience. We will communicate the simple check in instructions on the day you check in. Please note there is no onsite reception. The key code will be sent to you via SMS a few hours prior to your stay. Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile phone number. There is a lift from the carpark to the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd bedroom consists of a single and trundle bed and is closed off via a heavy curtain only.
Visit the Adelaide Metr or download the MetroMATE app for timetable, fare and service information. For your convenience, Adelaide Metro provides several free public transport options with the City Connector Bus and free city tram servicing the city and North Adelaide. The property is located in a private and quiet group of apartments. Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum, particularly after the strata noise curfew of 10pm.
A visit to Adelaide would not be complete without a visit to the shopping district. We have a huge range of shopping options. Rundle Mall With global brands and local favourites, Rundle Mall is the heart of shopping in Adelaide. With over 700 retailers and 300 services Rundle Mall is one of the longest and busiest malls in Australia Rundle Street Boasting Australian designers such as Tigerlily, Gorman and Zimmerman Rundle Street is home to fashion and equally funky places to eat and drink. Markets Just a ten minute stroll from the apartment lies Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide’s premier food destination. There are multiple rideshare services operating in Adelaide. Choose from the traditional Uber, Go Catch or Ola. There’s also Shebah (operated by women, for women), or MyCar for eco-friendly transport. E-scooter schemes operate in several cities in Australia.
The e-scooters, operated in Adelaide by Ride and Neuron, are unlocked using a smartphone app and are fitted with GPS tracking so that users and the operator can find them. To ride an e-scooter in the city and North Adelaide, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
Simply download the Ride or Neuron app to your mobile device and then create an account, which includes payment details. As part of the account set-up you'll receive information about responsible riding and public safety while operating and riding the scooters.
When you're ready, use the app to locate and unlock e-scooters. Adelaide and suburban areas are serviced by three taxi companies:

In addition, Suburban Access Taxis cater for passengers with a disability.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
