With a beautiful view overlooking the blue waters of Narrawallee, this home awaits you and your family for your perfect holiday. Everyone is welcome even your family pet pooch as the yard is fenced, one rule is not pets on the furniture or the beds.
The owners of this home have renovated it in such a way that the kids are set up downstairs and the adults can enjoy upstairs. Both areas have fantastic views.
Upstairs consists of kitchen, dining, lounge, sunroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a beautiful bathroom. Off the master bedroom the doors open onto the balcony giving you a cool breeze in the evening and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. You can also access this from the lounge area as well.
Downstairs is a great kids space consisting of a lounge/games room and a kitchenette. It is set up with a tv, table tennis as well as a large table to play board games on. This room also opens onto a back deck and the yard for the kids to play in. There are 2 bedrooms one has 3 singles and the other has 2 singles, bathroom and laundry. For those that still have to do some work there is wifi and a printer for your use.
On the decks are 2 bbq’s so if you have a family to feed both can be used while looking at the water.
This spacious, modern home is just 300m around the corner from Narrawallee Beach and 1km from Mollymook Beach. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes as well as clubs. From the home you are a 5 min drive to Milton township where you can enjoy a great lunch or just a coffee.
Please come and enjoy the ocean breeze during summer or warm up by the fire during the cooler months. This home is great all year round.
The property will sleep 9 people very comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and all bed linen and bath towels are provided you just need to bring your beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances in the cupboard that you will need as well as a dishwasher and Aldi Coffee machine.
Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items (basic pantry items are provided).

This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination. Please also note that this property is strictly no smoking inside of the premises.
