Beautiful coastal home with tranquil private pool and outdoor entertaining

Enjoy a fun packed trip to Lennox Head and stay in a spacious, stylish, character filled home. Relax by the beautifully tranquil pool, eat with friends and family on the deck, spend hours on the long sandy beach or surf one of the best breaks in Australia. Only 2 minutes walk from the local shopping centre, sports oval and ancient giant fig tree. 15 minutes walk or 5 min drive from the bustling centre of Lennox Head, the beach and the lake. A fantastic location for a memory filled holiday.

We are so delighted you have chosen our home to enjoy your holiday in Lennox Head. We hope you enjoy the space we have created for you. The home has been designed to make the most of the beautiful sunny days and the living spaces flow seamlessly into the garden with the whole back of the house floor to ceiling windows.

We have four generous sized bedrooms. The master suite upstairs has its own ensuite and study.

Downstairs there are three more bedrooms. The fourth bedroom can be used as a bedroom or a media room for the kids to escape to. This room has the best view in the house with the sliding doors opening out onto the deck directly in front of the pool. All rooms have venetian shutters or block out curtains.

The kitchen is large and spacious to allow for friends and family to congregate whilst cooking or entertaining. There is an induction stove top and a traditional ceramic sink. Seating at the kitchen island or kitchen table makes this space a communal haven.

If you want to kick back and relax or watch a movie, our lounge sofa has two fully reclinable seats and once you sit down, you won't want to get up! We have a smart TV and wifi throughout the house so you can sign into your favourite apps. That's if you don't get distracted by the sparkly blue pool you can view outside.

There are toys, books and games for kids that you are welcome to use.

Our outdoor living is our favourite place to be. We have an 8.5m pool with inbuilt seats where you can dip and sip your summer cocktail whilst chatting to friends taking some time out on the pool lounger under the umbrella. The pool is fresh water so you will feel refreshed and cool after a dip.

The deck has an ample table that can seat up to 12 if. There are two block out pull down blind that can be used for those hot summer afternoons which keeps the deck cool and protected. It's great for bug control too if you stay out chatting after dark. Make sure you put on the pool lights to add to the ambience.

Our fruit tree orchard runs along the bottom of the garden. Help yourself if anything is ready to be picked!!

This house is a family home and we ask that you treat it with the respect and care that we do. There are strictly no parties allowed as we live in a residential neighbourhood.
