Large 2-bedroom garden apartment in Logan Square, a quick walk to some of the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the city, and outdoor spaces including nearby Palmer Square Park. The apartment is recently renovated and furnished with an open floor plan mid-century modern living/dining set-up. Owner-occupied building, looking forward to making your stay in Chicago comfortable as you explore the city.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

This property does not have air conditioning. The listing is inaccurate.
I was unable to stay here due to the heat. The property is not air conditioned. Also the ceilings are extremely low. You access this unit by walking through an alley to the backyard. The mattresses and pillows felt very cheap in this property. I have not yet received my refund for this trip. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that they contract to use this property and VRBO.

Excellent accommodations
Perfect location and easy access to great parks and restaurants. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. Laundry facilities were very convenient as well. I thought parking was going to be a hassle but it really wasn’t. Found spots around the corner of property or even out front. I give it 8 out of 10 but only because the last two days of our stay, the property had a terrible sulfur smell. Not sure if it was due to sump pump or sewage pipe. It was very hard to sleep at night.

Eclipse trip starts in Chicago
The flat was cozy and light, however it was in the basement. The heating is working properly. Thanks for the property manager for spending some time here! He was very kind!
