Fish and crab off the 50-foot dock that is favorable to fish as it�s on the open bay. Bring along your bikes, kayaks, and rafts. If you don�t have any, no worries, there are plenty of rentals around. You can kayak in the canal or go right out in the open bay; you can tie your rafts off on the dock and relax and float. Enjoy riding bikes or taking walks through the quiet community. The deck offers an awning with party lights for your evening enjoyment, and it is especially nice if you find yourselves having a rainy day. The sunsets are beautiful on the point, and you can enjoy watching from the dock. If you're up early enough sipping your coffee on the expansive deck, you may see the dolphins and the occasional sea otter swimming by. Enjoy watching all the different kinds of boats gliding across the open bay going to and from the inlet. After you catch your dinner, there�s a fishing table to clean your fish. There is a charcoal grill to cook today's fresh catch right off the dock. If you enjoy night fishing, there�s fishing lights to attract fish and watch them swim in the water. Always a hit with kids. Catch your own crabs for dinner.

Within the Runaway Bay community, there is a pool across the street, and if you enjoy tennis, there are two courts available. Additional street parking available on a first come, first serve basis.
This home is a short distance from the beach and close to everything Ocean City has to offer but tucked away for plenty of peace and quiet.
