Margaritaville Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was very nice and it was clean upon our arrival.What was not great about the experience was the pools around the rentals. The deck of those pools was so hot it was dangerous. The pool itself was clean. But there is no way that I would have allowed small children on that deck. It would have burned them. We are from Florida, we know how hot it gets here, and have our own pool at home. We understand the deck can get hot. But this wasn't hot, this was so hot it would have caused burns. This is easily prevented in Florida with the proper deck coating.

No picnic

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was beautiful and brand new but on our last night we came back to an ant infestation. They were everywhere even upstairs in closet. The shuttle walk to the main resort was 20 min not a big deal but with luggage etc had to wait 20-25 min for a shuttle. If we had a car would have been easier to get around the resort.
