Holiday House In between Mt Dandenong and Westfield Knox - Home away from home

Welcome to the Holiday House at Boronia.

The house located in a great spot to discover the Dandenong and Yarra range without far from a Shopping Centre. This house is only meters from Westfield Shopping Centre Knox, which is bursting with cafes, restaurants, fashion shops as well as supermarket. Only 20 minutes’ drive to Mt Dandenong to soak up the views of the surrounding mountains.

This fully self-contained classic four bedrooms, with king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized bed, or double-sized bed in the other bedrooms, are all heated by central ducted system and cooled by split air conditioner.

There is one main bathroom complete with a corner shower and bath, plus an ensuite in the master bedroom. Fully fenced front and back garden, you could relax on the furnished patio or large backyard. Also, welcome to enjoy other amenities include a kitchen with a fridge and an oven. All linen and towels are provided. Free parking available. Housekeeping is not available. Pet friendly.
In this manual, you’ll find lots of useful information and wish it helps to make the most of your stay. We hope that you enjoy the place as much as we did.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. Early check in or late check out may available and please contact us through booking agent. We will try to make it. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
There’s private parking on site. You can park at the driveway. Alternatively, pick any free street- car spot.

WIFI DETAILS
The Wi-Fi network is Wifi-156D and the password is at the back of the device.

HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings and you must pay for damages.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Monday is the weekly household rubbish bin collection day. Please put the bins out by 6am on the bin day (Sunday night preferred) when staying. Long term stays please refer the Rubbish collection information.

RUBBISH COLLECTION (From 1 July 23)
Weekly: Green lid food and garden bin
Fortnightly: Yellow lid rubbish bin, blue lid recycling and bundled green waste

Entry Locker:
Key will be placed in a key storage safe locker and the code will be sent on the day of arriving. Please place the key back to the locker when check out.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES FOR PET STAY
It is understood your doggy is important to you as we have our own as a family member for more than 8 years now. A new environment can cause behavioural changes in pet, therefore, there are some additional rules for pet stay to ensure the stay is comfortable and smooth.
-Pet is allowed in timber floor area only, being living, dining, family area and laundry.
-Pet is not allowed in bedrooms with carpet and ensuite. (It is noticed puppy may see carpet as glass. It’s soft and spongy. Just the kind of place a puppy likes to relax and empty themself. Please make sure no wees inside the house.)
-Pet is not allowed on furniture.
-Pet is allowed in the yard and please clean up the pet waste as quickly as possible
-Please bring your own pet sheets and blankets. Lining provided in the house is for guests only.
-If pet sleep indoor, please make sure he is stay in the restricted area, where he/she won’t jump onto the sofa, or chew/bite furniture.
-No shower or bath for pet in the house
-Don’t leave your pet unattended when leaving house
-Extra cleaning fee may apply if pet has wrong behaviour
-Extra charge for pet stays of $25/stay

Speaking here as a single self sufficient business traveler. The location is excellent and was very convenient. It felt very private and I loved the patio and yard space and all of the vegetation around the house. The house is very spacious, which made it feel relaxing from the openness. While just about any rental house could use the some refreshing, the property felt clean upon entry. Check-in was about as simple as can be and KC was very accommodating in allowing an early check-in for a weary overseas long flight traveler. The online listing could perhaps use a slight update; for example, I didn't see a desk or desk chair, but the dining table is large and served as good working space. The internet was good and fully sufficient for email and file transfers. I have visited Melbourne for lengthy periods for many years and this has been the best house for convenience and location. I would definitely stay again.

Boronia Break
We had a wonderful time in this property. The access to things around this property was fantastic and our dog LOVED his walks to, through and around the parks that are surrounding the property. He had a big yard to play and a lovely covered back veranda that the humans used for morning coffee. with a corner store, restaurants and a bottle o right across the street and no more than 15 minutes drive to pretty much anything you want this was a great place to stay.

Great location, short drive to Westfield's shopping centre and shops also just across the road. Spacious place to stay, plenty of room for the 7 of us.. and our doggy was very happy also.

The 4-bedroom house is spacious and is perfect for multi-generation. It could fulfill the needs for all members of the family, providing each generation with their own space. For example, master bedroom with ensuite is connect to the main living and dining area while separated with other 3 bedrooms and family room, which gives privacy. The house that can even be divided to create two homes within one without losing the charm, which makes the place perfect for family holiday stay. It's a holiday home away from home.
