 Mountain Villa 2B3 has five steps in, is ONE LEVEL and within walking distance of the GOLF COURSE. This PET FRIENDLY unit offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a PREMIUM RATING and SLEEPS TEN. The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV and offers a SLEEP SOFA/QUEEN. The fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN, and the DINING ROOM seats SIX. The MASTER bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and the second bedroom offers TWO PYRAMID BUNK beds. This unit also has TWO FULL BATHS.


It is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes and main Resort. You can relax on the DECK with a view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful, wooded landscape. Mountain Villa units are not Ski In/Ski Out.

 


Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.  


 During the summer months, this unit is conveniently within walking distance of the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORTS main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
