The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to create home cooked meals. Kitchen also offers stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Just off the kitchen is a dinette with a gorgeous waterfront view. This home also features a spacious family room with flat screen Smart streaming TV and Wifi throughout and formal dining area with seating for 6.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, Smart TV, slider access to lanai and En suite bath. The master bath is stunning with a large walk-in shower, jetted tub and even features heat lamps in the ceiling.

Split from the master, on the other side of the home are 2 more guest bedrooms that offer a King size bed in the first guest room and a Queen bed in the 2nd room. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV making this home perfect for families or friend groups. Guest bath includes tub/shower combo.

This large outdoor lanai area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time. This home has plenty of outdoor dining and seating space. - BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
