As the Unit downstairs is tenanted, the ground floor area of the property is a shared space.

Smoking outside only, not near any open windows or doors and all cigarette butts to be disposed of safely.

To respect our neighbours, no loud noise or parties will be tolerated.

Please leave the house in a tidy condition by loading and running the dishwasher, placing rubbish bags into the provided bins, stripping beds and leaving linen in a pile and removing any food items you brought with you.

For guests staying on a Sunday night, please place bins on kerbside and respect the recycling requirements.
