Tucked away on Okaloosa Island, this condo is only a few steps away from the Emerald Coast and a white sand on the beach. This lovely condo is your ticket to the fabulous beach vacation getaway! Walk out onto the large balcony right off the living room or master bedroom and feel the breeze coming off the bay. Or enjoy your coffee from the balcony and take in the early morning sights of the Gulf. This is your chance to spend your time relaxing the way you've always wanted! Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances you would need for a home cooked meal. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo is in great shape and ready for you and your family to make vacation memories. Heated pool, fitness center, and beach access are just some of the amenities. Beach service and free parking are included. A quiet island within minutes of adventures, attractions and great local restaurants, ice cream shops or tourist marts. Finish your day with a walk under the beautiful stars as you stroll along the Gulf waters. This is a fantastic place to stay for visitors that want to avoid the rush of Destin, yet still want to be close to take advantage of the beaches and outdoor activities of the Island.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom – 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Unit is equipped with a Ring doorbell device outside of the entry door. The device is not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No devices are placed inside the unit.

Beach vacation

Excellent Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks & Shorey Resorts is highly recommended. Condo could use more dishes. And, I would not recommend staying anywhere if there is construction happening during your stay. With that being said, I would stay at this condo again. It's very nice. Not the softest mattresses, but overall, a nice condo and priced appropriately. It was clean! Not my first time booking through Brooks and Shorey and won't be my last. They are amazing!

Condo Review

Everything was great except for a couple of issues with shower doors and a pantry door. We left a note that these items should be looked at due to safety concerns.. the shower doors could potentially fall on someone.

Florida vacation

We were most impressed with the check-in process. So much easier than the way it used to be.The condo was very nice and can't think of anything we lacked. Thanks for a great stay.
