Tis the SeaSun for Outer Banks memories that will last a lifetime. Step out on the back porch and relax while admiring the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This stunning four-bedroom, four, and one-half-bath home has three En Suites. One with deck access that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic! Experience all the perks of life on the Outer Banks with the beach as your backyard!

Unwind in your spacious living room with views of the ocean on the Third Level of this home. Spend a night in and savor a meal with the entire crew in the elegant dining room. Grab a glass of wine from the wine cooler and a book up to the loft area for some extra relaxation. A luxurious King En Suite steps away from it all is the perfect place to rest your head. For convenience, a half bath is just down the hall.

The second level of this home is grand enough to house the rest of your crew! You might be flipping a coin over the King En Suite with deck access and views. Or choose to spend your nights in the second spacious King En Suite on this level. Two Twin Bunks and a roomy bathroom down the hall are sure to please the young ones of your crew. With access to the deck and a TV, they'll never want to leave.

Take a break from the midday sun to whip up burgers on the charcoal grill. After a long day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a dip in the community pool. Love the game of tennis? Head on over to the court and get a match in before the day begins. This property is minutes away from the Nags Head Golf Links if you are up for a round of golf.

Tis the SeaSun is located in sunny Nags Head on the Outer Banks. Shop for days or eat at a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jump in the water and go parasailing. Try one of the area attractions like Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey's Ridge.

Spring Break family trip

This property was perfect for our trip to the outer banks. We loved that each room had a king size bed and attached bathroom. Everyone got their own private space. And no one had to share a bathroom with the kids. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. A nice central location. And the grocery store was super convenient right across the street. I highly recommend!

Amazing property

This was an amazing place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed and up to date. Close to everything as well. We will def stay here again.

Excellent location, furnishings, view

Great stay. Heat pump appeared not to provide adequate and consistent heat upstairs. Unit could have been cleaner, particularly carpet and bathrooms. Should have been warned about 3 flights of stairs. This is all meant to be helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and house was nice!

Location was central and made it easy to get around. The spaces with king beds and en suites were very nice for the 3 bedrooms. I did not read as closely on what to bring so make sure you are prepared to purchase toilet paper, bath soap, and a few other items. The dollar store close by was perfect for some of these things. This is if you are staying for more than like 3 days. Beds were comfortable! Overall we liked the house! Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful views and a beautiful house

House and views were wonderful. Centrally located so quick to get to initially and easy to get to restaurants and different sights. Deck was recently redone with vertical spindles to prevent kids or elderly from falling through! All neighboring houses had horizontal 2x4’s and huge gaps! Overall the house was wonderful and very cozy. Easily fit 6 adults and a high energy 3 YO with room to spare!

Overall good, minor issues

Overall the place was clean, as advertised, and very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Property is right on the beach and centrally located. I believe this is the first time staying somewhere run by a company vs. an individual. The difference is the personal touches. There were a couple of bags right outside the door with the towels from the last renters that were there during our whole stay. The soap and shampoo dispensers worked but it took a lot of pumps to get a usable amount. Minor things overall.

June 16-22

The property was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the roominess and location. Just a couple complaints. First, when we arrived, none of the beds were made and there were no bed linens. I called the Kees number at 4:15p and was told someone would be out to take care of it. I was told they had no idea when someone would be out. At 6p I called the emergency line and was told it couldn't be taken care of until the next day (in other words we had nowhere to sleep). At 6:15p my wife called the emergency line and finally convinced them that we needed linens tonight. About an hour later someone showed up to take care of it. Another complaint was that it was advertised that there was a charcoal grill that we could use. There was one in the pictures, but it belonged to the adjoining vacation rental. Fortunately we were allowed to use it. We did find a charcoal grill hidden under the house, but thought that was a little misleading in the description. One last thing. The water to the outdoor shower and hose on the second floor was turned off. After tracing lines under the house, we were able to find the shutoff valves for the water supply. Fortunately, none of these issues interfered with our vacation, since we were able to find viable solutions. On the plus side, we had a clogged sink and it was repaired by maintenance in a timely manner.

Beach Vacay

This property was wonderful. Centrally located to pretty much everything. Nice beach access. The property managers were quick and helpful with any questions we had.
