Located a short stroll from Torquay’s iconic surf shops (450m) and beautiful Fisherman’s Beach (850m), this charming single storey coastal unit offers a prime position for visitors to the Surf Coast. Set in the heart of the action, yet tucked away in a quiet non-thoroughfare street, ‘Ebb and Flow’ is close to amenities including cafes, restaurants, shopping, and Torquay’s pristine beaches.
Peace and privacy are afforded thanks to the idyllic rear unit position, with room for your pet to come on holidays too (a well-behaved small pet is welcome by request at the time of booking, subject to House Rules and a $50 pet fee). The sunny north-facing entertainer’s deck is surrounded by a backdrop of greenery, and offers a BBQ, built-in bench seating and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from a fun day at the beach.
Comfortably furnished and well-appointed for all of your holiday needs, the kitchen features quality electric appliances, dishwasher, microwave. Fully equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the inclusions you can expect to find.
Enjoy meals at the dining table and relax by the cosy fireplace to watch movies (Netflix connectivity). Split system heating and cooling to the main living area is ideal for all seasons,.
There are two bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with a Double bed (each with built-in robes and ceiling fans). Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. Please BYO beach towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

This unit is located in an entertainment (dining, pub, shopping) precinct. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.
Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. One car park space in driveway and off street parking (garage is N/A for use.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
