Located just moments away from all the amenities of Portland, this home away from home provides the perfect retreat.
Just 500mt to a private beach and 1km from the Portland Golf Course, there is plenty of options to entertain the whole family.

Experience ultimate comfort with air conditioning/heating in each bedroom, en-suite and second TV in the main bedroom. Open plan living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and family sized breakfast bar.

This three-bedroom home is beautifully styled with enough comfortable room for groups, family and friends. A beautiful king bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a second queen bed and set of bunks in the third bedroom.

Large double glass doors open out from the lounge and main bedroom onto the rear undercover deck, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening barbeque.

King on Portland is located at the top end of a court, for easy access to manoeuvre any vessel in or out of the property.

Best of all, after a long day of fishing, conveniently park up to two boats behind the security gates with security lights/cameras for peace of mind and not have to worry – you can't go wrong with King on Portland!

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.

What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?

In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?

Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

Was really upset with the negligence of the place

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I lost my 3 year old American Staffy because of the negligence of the property owner and Sea view real estate it was meant to be a family friendly and pet friendly property my dog was bitten by a tiger snake which killed my dog my kids witnessed there dog that they loved get bitten then later on died .The owner and the real estate new about a snake being seen from another family a few weeks prior to my stay about the snake as the next door neighbour had told us that the owner new they also told us that he had seen it on his cctv cameras that are installed on his property I could have taken extra precautions if I knew there was a snake hanging around the property and could of made different arrangements for my dog .
