This beautiful home has two living spaces with one on the first and second floor, gorgeous granite countertops, and has a washer and dryer on both floors. Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon-style zero-entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has a surround sound system, a flat-screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

1st Floor- Kitchen, Living Room, Primary King Bedroom with Private Bathroom, Half Bath (Sleeps 2)

2nd Floor- King Bedroom with Private Bathroom (Sleeps 2), King Bedroom (Sleeps 2) , Double Full Bedroom (Sleeps 4), 1 Full Hallway Bathroom, Living Room w/ Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)

*The lagoon pool is seasonally heated for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break (1st week of March to 2nd week of April).*

Please note Villages of Crystal Beach has parking restrictions. There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway; 2 parked vertically and 1 parked horizontally at the end of the driveway. There are overflow spots around the pool and a small parking lot by the gate closest to the beach. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Amenities and things to do at the Villages of Crystal Beach
After a day at the beach, return to the Villages of Crystal Beach for a soak in the hot tub and then grill up a tropical spread at the community grilling area. A free, seasonal private trolley service transports guests around the Villages community, adding to the charm of the property. The free, seasonal trolley, runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Villages of Crystal Beach is a short trip away from Destin’s Big Kahunas Water Park and HarborWalk Village. Discover parasailing rock climbing, fishing, or even schedule a charter boat. Shopping, a variety of dining options and plenty of live entertainment is also available, making the Villages of Crystal Beach one of the most popular vacation destinations in Northwest Florida.

Loved this home and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the location and the neighborhood. The pool area was great and it had a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was only one issue. The beds need changed. Everything in this place was high end, the beds need to match. I also own a VRBO type rental property and it’s sometimes not always known when issues pop up. Well I’m giving you a heads up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back, just change the beds. Lol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very responsive team with any concerns like ice maker, remotes, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. However,The living room furniture and mattresses were pretty old and worn. The location by the beach was great and the pool area was big.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to have our own space. The neighborhood was convenient to everything and having a ride to and from the beach each day was so helpful. The pool area was nice, but the water was so hot you couldn’t enjoy it. I’ve experienced the same at other properties in Destin. The only issue we had was the oven wasn’t working properly but that didn’t interfere with our vacation much. I made the rental company aware and they will be getting it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend Frangista. They were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know during our stay.

Another master upstairs with washer & dryer for your guests upstairs. We rented beach chair setup and a golf cart. Parked our cars for the week and traveled by golf cart. Centrally located home in a nice gated neighborhood.
