Welcome to Blackstone Number Nine at Canyons Resort – this exquisite vacation home is ideally situated in the heart of the Park City Canyons Resort base. It serves as the perfect year-round haven! With three bedrooms, a private hot tub, a pool table, and a private garage, this home is an excellent choice for families, couples, or groups of friends.

This warm and inviting Park City ski home is perfect for entertaining loved ones or unwinding while watching the snowfall from your private sanctuary.

The thoughtfully designed living room provides abundant seating, including a plush sofa and additional upholstered armchairs. Guests can bask in instant ambiance by igniting the gas fireplace and snuggling up on the sofa with a book and a glass of wine. If you don't want to miss the big game, the living room features an incredible smart HDTV complete with a soundbar – offering both streaming and Comcast cable services.

Adjacent to the living room, the dining room boasts an exquisite chandelier, a spacious hardwood dining table, and seating for up to eight guests.

The fully stocked chef's kitchen showcases full-size stainless steel appliances, which include a 6-burner Viking natural gas range, a French door refrigerator, kettle, toaster oven, and other small appliances. The cupboards are plentifully filled with dining and cooking utensils. The kitchen also offers ample counter space for meal preparations and a comfortable breakfast bar that accommodates up to four guests.

For guests who require a quiet spot to study or work while in Park City, a dedicated workspace awaits. Tucked away near the staircase that leads upstairs, this area features a desk and task chair. Next to the office area, you'll find a full bathroom complete with a vanity, tub, and shower.

Heading upstairs, the primary suite awaits on the left side of the staircase. This luxurious retreat boasts a cozy king bed, a gas fireplace, and a private patio. The primary en-suite bathroom exudes a spa-like atmosphere with its oversized soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and two vanities. The closet provides ample storage space.

Located in the hallway and shared by the guest suites, the upstairs bathroom is easily accessible and convenient.

The first guest suite features a cozy queen bed, an HDTV, two nightstands, and room-darkening curtains. Additionally, this bedroom offers a spacious closet to store your belongings conveniently.

Perfect for both kids and the young at heart, the last guest suite comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests with twin bunk beds and a custom trundle bed. Here, guests can indulge in video gaming with the Sony PlayStation 4, complete with PlayStation VR and a webcam for an interactive gaming experience.

On the patio of the main level, you will find a brand-new private hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, guests have access to our year-round heated outdoor communal pool, hot tub, club room, and gym, all just a minute's walk from the house. Our outdoor deck and balconies offer breathtaking views of the mountains and ski lifts.
