Sandcastles by the Sea is a new gated community located in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head. Conveniently located a short walk from the beach, with many shops and restaurants just a short bike ride away.

The ground level has a garage stocked with beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas, beach cart, and 4-6 beach chairs.
A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The pool deck features a huge L-shaped sectional, a flat screen TV, gas grill, and views overlooking the lagoon.

The main level starts with a spacious open foyer, and a half bath. The open concept home features a kitchen with sleep white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and subway tile backspash. The kitchen is fully stocked and also features an island with seating for three. The living and dining area are spacious, with large vaulted ceilings in the living room, as well as multiple windows and glass sliding doors to allow in plenty of natural sunlinght. A covered deck off of the main living area provides for a nice outdoor living space. Also located on the main floor is one of two master suites with king bed, large tiled shower and flat screen television. Rounding out the main floor is a full laundry room.

The third level features two additional bedrooms, each featuring a large flat screen TV as well as an ensuite bath. One bedroom features a King bed, while the other features a Queen. Both ensuites have walk in tiled showers. This floor also features a secondary living space with sofas and access to an additional outdoor covered balcony with adirondack chairs.

The fourth level is the ultimate kids retreat. Featuring 3 twin beds, as well as a twin over twin bunk bed, a large flat screen tv, bean bag chairs, a table for playing board or card games, as well as another full bath with a combination tub/shower. This is the perfect place for all of the children to gather for entertainment.
This home is the perfect vacation spot, as it is only a short walk to the beach, Adventure Cove Putt Putt and Arcade and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joez.
