Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a grill on the deck provides more delicious meal options which can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with additional seating for 6.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. A parking pass is required with a parking fee of $5 per car per night to be paid upon check-in.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 pet at or under 35lbs allowed. An additional pet fee of $125 will be applied after the booking is complete. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick it up after them.
- This is a walk-up unit with 4 steps leading to the entryway.
Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
