Inside this cozy 2-bedroom condo, you’ll find the perfect amount of space, fully equipped for your vacation needs. The living room features comfortable sofa seating, a smart TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. A chic dining room table seats 4 for taking quick and formal meals or for a fun evening of card games. The updated kitchen contains all modern appliances, combo drip and single serve coffee maker, and a suite of cookware and dining ware. Step out onto the private balcony for some fresh mountain air complete with picturesque views over the city and surrounding countryside.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

If the title isn’t enough to deter you from staying here - the place is not well kept, the beds are horribly uncomfortable, the “balcony” is the size of a shoe box, the elevator only works about half the time, the pool is tiny and the management company will continue to “look into” your concerns but not actually do anything. We a couple days into our planned 8 day stay for something cleaner. This is NOT a good place to stay.

Gatlinburg 2023

The property was wonderful and nearby the Parkway. Our only problem was the people staying above us. They made noise into the late hours so we never got a good nights sleep. Other than that, all the amenities were great

The condo was perfect for us and one other couple. A step up from sharing a hotel room. We have no complaints about the condo. It was clean and well supplied. However, it should be known that there is more than one set of condos at the same address. When it was booked I was provided an address and suite#. GPS took us to the address but we were in the wrong condos and thought someone else was in our condo. I called the number for assistance and they assured me we were in the right place and they would call back when they found out why someone was in our room. We disconnected the call and I texted the number and then found out we were actually in the wrong building. Please add that these are the Gatlinburg Towers to prevent others from the burden. After a very long drive we hauled our luggage in and everything. I later contacted via text for more towels and they were provided. They were happy to assist. The property was quiet. The room was clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub because we forgot swimwear. We would rent the condo again. Just specify to people where they are going. Thank you.
