Our Zen Homes use a professional laundry service that follows strict cleaning requirements for all our linen provided. We also offer additional cleaning services, guest amenities and family equipment available upon request.

The focus of our design is to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travellers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guest's requirements, and as local operators, we speak your language!

Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to the guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

We are experienced locals and would be happy to make recommendations on places to go and things to see in Darwin and greater regions of NT. This lovely property is only a 15-minute walk to the Parap Village Markets which is open every Saturday from 8am-2pm. Enjoy a fresh coffee or some nice food.

CDB and Mindil Beach is about 5-minute drive.

Airport is 11 minutes by car to Darwin Airport. There is also a 5-minute walks bus stop(Stuart Park after Ross Smith Avenue). Alternatively, Uber is also widely used in Darwin.

ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- Stereo music and noise must be kept to a safe and responsible level
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with DOORS CLOSED
