Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 6-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool and grill poolside for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. Many of our homes such as this one come with a complimentary grill that is available for use. This specific home is also pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee, however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in. With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Champions Gate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA.

Mixed Review

We went for 11 nights and communication was great up front with IHM. The house was perfect exactly as advertised and for the first week most of the area was vacant and quiet neighborhood but when we got to memorial weekend and had the worst neighbors blasting music till 3:30am so loud it shook the house. Champions gate is not like Solterra community 10 minutes away who patrol and will stop noise violators like we were use to. They ignored our calls word of advice if you chance going during a busy time just call the cops security is not what it should be. Also if there is a repair issue you report you have to continuously message IHM to resolve it don't trust they will follow up or their technicians will come back without another message. If IHM had followed up one time out of the 3 days of messages for the same issue to confirm it was resolved or to apologize for the neighbors and they would get to the bottom of why security fell short to ensure this would never happen again I would be leaving a 5 star review but I see in the busy season when the A/C or something major happens there will be very angry renters if this is the level of care they get. We were lucky most of our trip was slow season and only the last 2 days thanks to Champions Gate not keeping the neighborhood safe and not in violation of the noise rules and laws were problematic but again I can see someone being very unhappy if they spend their money here and that is their whole vacation.
