3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building if needed.
4. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property only if they have been approved prior to arrival. An additional cleaning pet fee applies. Please keep your pets under control and clean up after them.
5. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized individuals.
6. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay.
