The home is also in a convenient location for taking advantage of the area’s best features, most of which are just a short drive away. You can find wonderful boutique shopping in Sunrise Beach and exciting activities such as bowling and axe throwing down the road in Laurie, with a variety of restaurants in all directions serving up delicious local fare. A bit further out and you’ll be at Osage Beach & Bagnall Dam Strip where you can stop at scenic overlooks for panoramic views of this stunning area.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed with an additional freestanding queen bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Boat trailer parking also available.
• Ring doorbell camera on the front door. The house does have an old security system that is not currently active. The control panel for the system is by the front door. The control panel has a digital screen and a camera that faces the living room. The camera on this device is not active but it will still be covered up.
