This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sleeps 6 comfortably, and is a wonderful space to soak up the sun.
The kitchen has a large island with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, as well as a gas grill. Next to the kitchen, you will find a dining room table with seating for six, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV. There is a great, furnished lanai off of the dining area, perfect for expanding your living space and enjoying some quiet time with your favorite book or just unwind from a day at the beach and pool.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double sink, a jetted tub, and a beautiful shower. Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed, and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a combination shower and tub.

Welcome back to Fort Myers Beach! While our island is undergoing reconstruction, our homes have been renovated or rebuilt. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
