This tiny cabin, though compact, is designed to maximize comfort and offer a warm, inviting atmosphere. It features:

• ARRIVAL TIME: To respect our neighbors we ask that all guests arrive before 11pm at night. If this will be a problem for you, please reach out to us in advance.
• Ladder Access: Please note that the sleeping loft is accessed via a ladder. Refer to our pictures for a better understanding. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Safety Considerations: Due to the ladder access, the cabin is not recommended for small children or individuals with limited mobility. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the loft area.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have 3 security cameras on property. There is one above the front door looking out to parking that is always on. The 2 cameras inside the house will be unplugged. One is upstairs pointing into kitchen the other is by table pointing outside. You can double check by looking at outlet by them.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

• Up to two dogs are considered. A $50 pet fee per dog would apply.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Guests have full access to the entire cabin and its 11-acre surroundings, with the exception of a small locked closet reserved for the owner's use.
