Escape to this charming Hampton-style retreat with great lake views! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is the perfect getaway for a family or couples, seeking a serene and stylish vacation. Nestled just 100 meters from the local boat ramp and netted swimming area, this property offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience.
Our Hampton-style house is located in the heart of Mannering Park, offering a perfect blend of convenience and serenity. From water activities to exploring the local attractions close by, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
As you step into this beautifully renovated home, you'll be greeted by the timeless elegance of Hampton style interiors. The living areas are cosy but comfortable enough for 6 guests, there is ducted air-conditioning through the entire house to ensure the temperature is at a comfortable temp all year around, you can also enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace, creating a cozy space for relaxation during chilly evenings.
Enjoy the front porch where you can sip your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while taking in the fresh air and scenic beauty.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a stone countertop with ample space, inviting you to whip up delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area.
The three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms provide a restful retreat for guests. All bedrooms are complete with clean linens, air-con & ceiling fans, clothes hanging space and nice furnishings.

You will find the main bathroom in the house with shower, bath and toilet. Provided with bath towels and a welcome supply of toilet paper and body wash. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to the owners pre-approval and we endeavour to notify you of the status of your booking within 24hrs. If your group is not suitable for the property you may be asked to cancel your booking.
