Manly Apartment

The location of this apartment is amazing - you have a nice view of the beach with fresh air, and you can just sit on the balcony and relax – but if the apartment above is using the Air Con – the water drips on your balcony. All the furniture needs replacing as they are old and stained and so are the blinds in the bedrooms that are covered with mould. The bedrooms have a mould and foul smell, and it is impossible to sleep in them, the carpet are old, dirty and smelly also - the windows have locks, so you are unable to fully open them to let fresh air in. There were no tea, coffee or milk available which are basic needs when renting a holiday apartment and no wine glasses. We tried to contact the Host several times to explain all the issues, but our calls and messages were ignored. Overall, very disappointing 2 days - and this place should not be rented in its current state, as it is not safe and healthy due to the smell in the rooms and the dirty furniture and carpet.
