The primary bedroom has its own en-suite private bathroom and pool side views of the lush backyard. The back yard feels like you are in Palms Springs! The pool has been completely remodeled and is efficiently heated with solar panels. Beautiful citrus trees in the front yard - plus your family dog welcome too!

14 min drive to Universal Studios. Or hike to Runyan Canyon w views of iconic Hollywood Sign. 17 mi to Dodger Stadium or shop your heart out at Rodeo Drive 11 miles.

This charming single story home is managed by iTrip Los Angeles and our team is ready to Host you in our hotel alternative getaway.

Please note we have minimum 25 yrs of age to book. We require valid photo IDs of all Adult guests immediately upon booking.

** We require our own Hold Harmless Indemnity Form for the pool area and outdoor spaces to be completed prior to your arrival. Also the outdoor fireplace is currently out of order.

All the Linens are new and Towels refreshed.

Kitchen fully stocked plus Ninja Blender, Cuisinart 10-cup coffee maker, French press and waffle maker. We provide complimentary coffee, tea and sugars.

Family pets are welcome with our Pet Fee. You well behaved family dog will be considered. (No cats) PET FEE $75 MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture, please bring your own beds/rates. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* We require valid photo IDs of all guests. All Outside Guest must be preapproved.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee per hour.
