1. This is NON- SMOKING house. Any type of smoking is not permitted either on property or on the neighbourhood property. Violations will be charged and asked to leave.

3. For visitors during your stays, we charge visitor $30/person/night, foldable bed and beddings will be provided. ONLY confirmed visitors will be hosted.

4. For short term(7 days or less) stay guests, we will provide complimentary premium coffee capsules, complimentary supplies on toiletry, garbage bags, paper towel, face tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, cooking oil, pepper, and salt.

5. For long term(longer than 7 days) stay guests, we will provide STARTER supplies on toiletry, garbage bags, paper towel, face tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, cooking oil, pepper, and salt.
