Denne første etasje leiligheten har tre soverom, to bad, sentral air condition, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, kabel-TV, trådløst internett, sove for 8 personer med 1 dobbeltseng, 1 dobbel, 2 tvillinger og en dronning sovesofa . Enheten har to parkeringsplasser. Bad Layout: I gangen er en komplett bad med badekar, dusj, toalett, vask og stack vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det er også et halvt bad med toalett og vask i gangen. I dobbeltseng rom er en stall dusj. Dette er et unikt sett opp slik at vi ønsket å vite hvor hver er plassert. Eieren eier også Leilighet 2 East som er i andre etasje hvis du trenger ekstra plass for en større familie. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The rental is comfy and cozy and easy access to everything. Well stocked, very clean and rental agent, Brooke, was on top of everything from beginning to end. We love this place!!!

The nearness to the beach and all the great places that Rehoboth has to offer makes this place wonderful. We had 7 adults stay here which felt cramped at times, but that didn't take away from the great vacation experience. The one shower was very small, but my under 25 year old kids could use it. The check-in process was smooth and seamless and the one problem we had with a broken fan was rectified that same day. I wouuld definitely return in the future.

Fantastic location!

The unit was clean, had ample parking, and was less than a minute walk to the boardwalk/beach. Walls were a bit thin with neighboring units playing very loud music into the early morning hours, but since that can happen anywhere this property was pretty perfect. Would recommend and consider renting again!

Lovely two weeks during rehoboth offseason

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this property. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat — just steps from the boardwalk. Parking was easy (likely also due to it being off-season). Check-in and check-out were seamless and the realtor team was always available for questions ahead of our stay — particularly Liz! The layout of the bathrooms is a bit quirky — not a negative for us, but something for folks to be aware of, and the beds, while adequate, could use an update soon. Also, the front area’s glass sliding doors are super old and almost impossible to open. Just little things to flag, again we enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely stay close to beach.

They did have painter painting the outside for the first few days but overall it was a nice place where we felt at home and were able to enjoy our time at the beach with our dog.

First floor was convenient for bringing in our supplies for the week and walking out the door to take the dog for a walk. Air conditioner works great (which has not been the case in other rentals we've tried). There are 2 baths which is always a plus. The living room sofa has seen better days and could stand to be replaced. Overall, I would recommend it for a dog friendly rental.

2022 Rehoboth vacation

The house was great everything as listed. Location awesome, within steps to the beach and boardwalk. We parked the cars and walked everywhere, to dinner, shopping everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Overall rating 5 star, we would absolutely recommend this listing.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This location was absolutely perfect for our first trip as a family! You couldn’t ask for an easier walk to the beach with a baby and so close to all of the shopping and restaurants. The place was bigger than expected and was all we needed for a family vacay! We had no issues with cleanliness. We took our own sheets and towels. We did have issues with the drain stopping the water in the bathtub which we probably wouldn’t have noticed without a baby. Overall, would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the wonderful beach town of Rehoboth!

Even though they have mattress toppers they were still uncomfortable, very springy and low value. I just would like a nice bed to sleep in for the money. Don't get me wrong this is a great place to stay. And let me add Liz at Berkshire Hathaway is wonderful to deal with. True pro and very personable.
