The city beckons from this modern Melbourne CBD abode. This cosy gem is perfect for couples or small groups who want to dive into all the city has to offer at their own pace. Jump on the tram from the RMIT tram stop, a short five-minute walk away, and explore the inner city and surrounding suburbs with ease. After exploring, cool off with air conditioning and savour the glittering urban skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass windows whilst enjoying a fresh Nespresso.
Step into this stylish city retreat, a moody single-floor abode designed for comfort and convenience. The comforting plush carpet leads you through to the open-plan lounge and kitchenette area with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Stretch out on the moss green lounge and enjoy casual dining at the deep brown timber coffee table. The beautiful timber console and HD TV create a cosy atmosphere for movie nights while cascading green pot plants add a touch of nature. The kitchenette is equipped with designer Smeg appliances, a dual burner gas stove top, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee fix.
The first bedroom features a king-size bed and invites you in with its stylish frosted glass entryway, cosy pillows and a full-length mirrored wardrobe that expands the room. Follow floor-to-ceiling glass windows via concertina doors to the second bedroom. This sanctuary is beautifully designed with a queen-sized bed, green wall panelling, modern geometric artwork and a mirrored wardrobe that artfully reflects the city landscape.
As you enter, the crisp bathroom is immediately on your right, offering a spacious shower and laundry space with a washer and dryer combination, plus a drying rack, all tied together with sleek white tiles.
Direct lift access is available. Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
