We booked 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was in immaculate condition. My wife loved it and did lots of cooking. We were able to enjoy homemade made food while traveling, wasn't it amazing!!

Modern apartment in excellent location.

A very comfortable, very clean, modern apartment. Perfect location for train station, shops, bars, restaurants. The only slight downside (if being picky) was the number of flights of stairs to get up to our apartment, and the temperature in the apartment in the summer was very stuffy due to being on the top floor (although there was air con and a fan provided). This wouldn't stop me booking again, and would definitely rebook.

Everything perfect. Reading station / Rail air 5 min walk. Shops and restaurants downstairs. Self check in smoothly. Much worthier than staying in a hotel. Definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cozy apartment to stay. Their was no reception but their customer support was responsive and accommodating to handle my requests, Thanks a lot! Emails for personal verification and facility entering guidance will be provided via email but Expedia/Hotels.com does not properly deliver the email to us so please be well aware of that...

Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!

Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal tv just apps.... but hey ho had a great time and it wax beautiful.. i would definitely stay again.. lovely cleaners who we passed in hall way and great central location... well impressed

I sent a message in advance asking for an apartment on the back side, because I already knew that the location is very noise. The office replied me confirming the availability, but then, when i arrived it was number 6 apartment, afront of the streets. I asked to the team to arrange another apartment, but the didn’t. So, my stay was a bit stressful!

Requested property to resend the instructions to get into the apartment and was resent them a day after the 2nd day, so lost a full night and requested refund via expedia and declined. Poor communication

Good but could be easier.

Central, close to the station. Good for going into London or Windsori, Lego land 35 minutes away. Getting the codes for the entry was a bit of a faf. With contact telephones with a Brazil number. Read your email carefully. They leave it very late to get the necessary information.

Great experience

I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected. Navigating the stairs with a 23kg baggage was also quite challenging, and I would recommend considering this for guests with heavy luggage. One last suggestion: it would be helpful if the admin could provide a simple confirmation when inquiries regarding check-in are received, even if the check-in details are only provided 48 hours before arrival. This reassurance would go a long way in improving communication. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

In general: the apartment is extremely clean, beautiful and right in the centre of Reading! The communication with the property is excellent and the service as well. There was a problem with the water temperature regulation that could not be fixed quickly. The communication with the property was excellent, they always replied very quickly and with detailed information. When the issue was not fixed after a week, I prompted them more often and they moved me to another apartment as soon as possible. Also, I always received the check-in instructions later than the 48hrs, but always on time or quickly after I enquired about it. Would stay there again!

Leak? Please clean up and shut up.

My apartment had a flood at 2100 that covered the whole living room with water. I get that this happens, and the communication via the WhatsApp and helpline was good, as I could send them a video of the flood, but having used every single towel and the shirt off my own back to clean up an entirely soaked living room I would have expected and appreciated some sort of compensation from the mgt team. As the property isn’t manned I was told at 2100 by the helpline (who did actually seem to care) that I should clean up as best as I could and someone from housekeeping would be with me by 10am with fresh towels. At 11am, desperate for a shower and having already messaged to chase up, the local mgt team knocked on my door. Whilst they told me I was a ‘great guest’ for having cleaned up, put all the towels on a spin and had been busily drying the sofa cushions again the radiator, there was little acknowledgement that I’d spent 1 hour of my own time cleaning up water that covered the entire living room. My bags were soaked and I had used every towel and couldn’t even shower in the morning. Throughout the rest of my stay I kept expecting a knock on the door with a thank you or my first night refunded, but instead I left thinking they only really cared about where the leak came from, and not about my first night which mainly consisted of cleaning up water. They could have recovered both the building and guest experience but chose not to.

Efficiency is not at all efficient

It saddens me to say that this efficiency hotel, is actually not efficient at all. It started with the Code required to access the apartment. Can you imagine, realizing you have no access to enter your hotel room while at the airport, then try to contact customer service for it while in transit bc no information was emailed? That was the 1st leg of this disastrous stay. Truly unfortunate since we stayed there1 year ago & it was great! The 2nd part, inexcusable. Upon arrival, the bathroom floor was filthy, hair in the shower, on the floor, in the sink, worse, in the bed. The bed clothes smelled like someone else’s b.o. My Husband & I were so tired from traveling when we got there that we slept on the couch & figured we’d deal with this later. Upon awakening, we noticed that the advertised Cafe Dulce Machine Nescafe Cups to have a delicious brew where no where in site. I don’t know about you my Weary Bleary Traveling friend but no Coffee, how would you deal? I contacted Guest Services, and after 15 minutes of Pop Music someone picked up,exclaimed how sorry they were, that someone will arrive Monday to deliver the Coffee Maker & Wednesday to clean. This call was made on Sunday. Mgmnt em'd us to gain access for a water main issue & for a pest control thingy. “I’m sorry” Is an excuse to continue bad services, This Hotel could have done so much better by simply asking or saying,“How can we make this right or refund us a night!""0" is my rating. Hope this helps you.

2025.01 入住第二次,今次安排在1樓,房間設備整體都好好。 Apartment 地理位置非常好,火車站,巴士站,食店,購物都在附近。 唯一缺點就是入大門口時,一個密碼要開兩個門,不過好快解決當你明白怎樣門口和關門。

宿泊先からチェックインに必要なキーボックスの番号などの情報がいつまで経ってもこなかったので、こちらから管理会社に連絡する必要がありました。 この点は大いに改善の余地があります。 設備はとてもよかったです。
