Sparkling Time Villa at Solterra Resort

Step inside this big and modern 6-bedroom villa with a south-facing pool deck, perfect for an unforgettable vacation with 2 or 3 families. The villa has three bedrooms with king beds and exciting themed rooms like Star Wars, Frozen, and Lego.

As you enter, you'll see a stylish dining set with real leather chairs. The spacious kitchen and living area, along with a cozy breakfast nook, has everything you need. A bit further, there's a convenient powder room with a toilet. The washer and dryer are placed between the living area and the games room.

The games room is loaded with fun options, including a pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball, and a real Arcade game.

On the first floor, there's a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the second floor:

- The Lego-themed room has two car beds.
- The Star Wars room includes a bunk bed and a single bed.
- Between Star Wars and Lego rooms, there's another bathroom.
- The Frozen room has two single beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and bath.
- The Beach room has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and bath/shower combo.
- The Music room boasts a California King bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Frozen room.

The loft area is set up as a home cinema corner with  a sound bar and subwoofer for the ultimate movie experience.

Each bedroom has a Roku TV for various channels, and you can use your Netflix account for your favorite movies.

Outside, the villa has a cool pool with a spa, and the extra deep south-facing pool deck gets lots of Florida sun.

Rest assured, we're available in person and by phone if you need any help. Pool/spa heat is not included in the nightly rate but can be added for a small fee per day.
