A 6 Bedroom Home at Solterra Resort with Saltwater Pool & Spa, Nice Lake View!

Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you found the villa spacious and family-friendly. We would be very happy to welcome you and your family back.

Dear Steven, Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. We are delighted that the villa worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the resort, its security, and your holiday overall. We are sorry that the cleanliness around the pool and in the bedrooms did not meet the standard we expect. We have informed our cleaning company and reinforced the required standards to help ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate you bringing the damaged pool-table covering and dishwasher issue to our attention. The dishwasher has since been repaired, and the remaining maintenance item is being addressed. Thank you again for staying with us. We would be very pleased to welcome you and your family back.

Thank you for your kind review. We are pleased you found the villa clean, well decorated, and enjoyable overall. We are sorry that you encountered sugar ants. This can occasionally happen in a warm climate, but we will ensure the property is checked and treated as necessary. We would be delighted to welcome you back.
