It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well.
It's not just about the price, just the principle.
Otherwise our stay was ok.

The system for checking in it’s so tedious and annoying. They call you on WhatsApp from a company. That’s a different name from the building and at first you think it’s a scam. And when you ignore it, they tell you that you cannot check into the hotel anymore. And then you have to do it in a hurry. Also, they don’t tell you that they ask for a security deposit which they ask you at the time of check-in. But the hotel is really clean and pretty. Also, they don’t give you any towels or toiletries after the check-in only what is there when you arrive?

I enjoyed the area because I had a conference but it is not a touristy area.
The building was nice and well maintained.
The apartment was tiny and very noisy all day and late into the night. I stayed at another room in the building managed by a different company which was more quiet.
Communication with the management was done only through what’s app which was not convenient. No one in the staff in the building (not to be confused with the apartment’s staff) knew a word of English.
They also will not hold your luggage if you arrive earlier than your check in or want to take advantage of your last day after your check out.
I enjoyed the small gym but the laundry can only be done with an app which needs all your information including the Brazilian ssn. It means that only Brazilians can do the laundry. Luckily a sweet student who lives there did the laundry for me but the management was not helpful when I approached them for help.
An example of the bad communication and attitude, I arrived a day earlier and the staff would not meet me, would not accept cash and would not even send me a link to the property. I ended up reserving a room by another management jn the building which was actually better.
Another example, you get an extra blanket only for extra charge although it was cold. I only got mine because I was angry and ended up getting sick. I still enjoyed the place but the management needs to change its ways.

O local é muito bom, a uma esquina da entrada do metrô. É uma kit de 1 quarto, muito bem decorada e com toda a aparelhagem de um apartamento.
