Carlos was an amazing host, the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on, and the loft apt G was adorable and well-equipped.

Clean and spacious accommodation. There were in total 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room with a table for 4 people and 2 sofas. Each room with its own bathroom plus a toilet in the dining room

I want to start off that for the price and space that you get here it is kind of worth it, I paid less than a typical hotel room and had 2 rooms with 2.5 bathrooms! The one huge downfall here is that if you have neighbors that are loud past 10pm no one will tell them to be quiet and these walls are paper thin! You hear everything causing you to just kind of put up with it. Other than that it is close to a lot of food options and it was easy to call an Uber or a Didi which is the other option in Mexico City. Didi has cheaper options for sure.

Team was very responsive. The location was great. The apartment was nicely decorated but the unidentified stains / crust on the sofa and the window shades was a turn off. Also, the website stated that parking was an option if requested in advance. When we attempted to request parking, we were told that they do not offer that amenity.

Location was excellent.However there are other issues that need to be addressed. The light in the master bedroom is flickering. We had water interruptions on the last night and did nit have water until the Saturday morning . We went to the airport without being able to shower or do routine care. It was disgusting as the toilet cannot be flushed. We called the number listed but it goes to voicemail. Honestly, we felt that the last night should be credited back to us.

This was a great place for 2 adult children and me. The staff is remote and were fine. The onsite person was nice and took care of us. Two learnings: 1) the on-demand hot water took some finagling to make it work to enable hot showers. 2) Check-out is way too early ...10:00. This was not good for our afternoon flight as we have to deal with luggage, laptops, etc. Nobody is consistently around the hotel to be able to "stash" our luggage safely so we could enjoy the morning in the neighborhood (which is fantastic). Extending the room for 2 hours started at 50 USD/hour which was a lot more than our nightly rate.

The communication with the host was slow. I paid way too much money for cleaning fees when nobody showed up no even once during our stay.. we didn't got cleaning towels every day no even upon request. How can hotel operate without this basic services. I love the location.. cute hotel .. but if you are charging extra for cleaning ( which i found it ridiculous) i would expect the basic hotel cleaning services. More so when the guest where my parents with parkinson disability.. and my siniors mother n aunt. With also mention that the bedrooms where leaking over the bed and after they called for assistance nobody showed up to fixe it. How is this possible???!! I need not just my cleaning fee back but also a real compensation.. i have pictures and WhatsApp text communications. As evidence .

Hotel Puerta Reforma has a lot of potential, but sadly, it's clear the property has been neglected by its owner or management. There is no lobby, and the only person on-site is Victor, a kind and hardworking maintenance worker who was doing everything he could—but with no support from above. The decor was modern and tasteful, and the apartment had everything we needed. For a family of five, having 2.5 bathrooms was a huge plus. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by major issues. Our bedroom ceiling began to leak from two corners, and no one from management could be reached. I spent nearly three hours on virtual chat with Expedia, and finally got a live agent, but by then we were exhausted and frustrated. Eventually, Victor was able to reach the manager, who offered to move us into another unit that also had a leak—but claimed it was "not as bad." They couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to stay in a second flooded apartment. We were finally able to be relocated to another hotel. The communication from property management was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend staying here even on my worst enemy.

La habitación está limpia y es igual que como aparece en las imágenes. Solo hay que tomar en cuenta 1. Las escaleras para subir a la segunda cama son pesadísimas de hierro forjado 2. Si necesitas algo no cuentes con nadie no responden ni whats ni por expedia. 3. Si tienes sueño ligero la pasarás muy mal ya que lo que divide el cuarto de la calle es un ventanal viejo que no detiene nada el ruido. 4. La regadera no drena bien el agua

Tengo algunas observaciones que hacerles deberían darles mantenimiento a todos los departamentos el lugar es bonito pero muy descuidado se ve que llevan años sin darles una pintada y mantenimiento y sobre todo poner mucha atención con la limpieza estuve varios días y me cambié 3;veces todos tienen el mismo problema muy descuidados este último tiene demasiada humedad no hay ventilación se siente y huele mucho a humedad tuve que salirme anoche para irme a otro lugar empecé a tener problemas para respirar se me cerró la garganta presente problemas de alergias dolor de cabeza todo ese se deribo por esa situación de que está muy encerrado no hay ventilación natural es muy perspectiva el olor y x último el check out se me hace tan absurdo que te lo pida. Que lo hagas a las 10:00 am y por último el tel y WhatsApp no lo atienden nunca creo que x el precio el lugar que es bonito excepto esos detalles y la ubicación merecen mucho la pena que le pongan atención a esos detalles les adjunto un par de fotografías ojalá y las tomen en cuenta el primer día estuve contento como fui pasando x varios departamentos me fui percatando de esta situación este último fue x el que tome la decisión de busvar otro lugar ya que les repito me tenía muy mal de las vías respiratorias
Les dejo estás fotos para que vean y lo tomen en cuenta no había manera que me pudiera dormir en ese colchón el olor es muy fuerte sumado a lo sucio
