I absolutely loved stay at Condesa Residence. The building staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure/temp was great. The area was also amazing. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are walking distance from the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Great location, amazing space, spacious apartment, can to everything and centralized area so easy cheap Uber to all main attractions, and the building is very clean and spacious. ****DOG FRIENDLY and GORGEOUS PARK close by with dog parks. Will absolutely recommend to all friends and family and will stay again.

The area feels safe and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. It is good to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. However, the walls in the building are thin and you could hear noise from outside easily. Also the description for Superior Apartment that we booked says there is a queen bed and a double bed but the two beds in the apartment are of the same size and quite small. Also there are no blackout curtains as described. There is also a lack of space to dry your clothes after washing as some clothes are not appropriate for tumble drying.

The property was in great condition. I would recommend having a roll of paper towels available for the guests. It was much needed. I fell in love with the washer/dryer combo machine. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood. I was pleased with how accessible everything was. I highly recommend this place.

Nice apartment with plenty of walkable places to eat. I communicated via WhatsApp and always got immediate response. Our main issue is that the water heater only lasted a couple of minutes when showering. Also, would have liked to have an antenna on TV to be able to watch local channels. No AC but AC is usually not needed because of good weather year round.
