Poor cleaning, missing towels and linen. Didn’t rectify when made aware. On arrival home, all clothes needs washing due to mouldy smell. Poorly equipped kitchen for an apartment. Great location though. Would not stay again.
Mystery underwear in bed. Also a mystery why cleaning didn’t spot this.

Girls stay

A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak. We had also booked a two bed two bathroom apartment but the apartment was having some refurbishments so we were offered a three bedroom instead not realising it was only one bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. We liked the location and the comfortable beds there were just several niggles
