We take a family vacation to Panama City every year. We waited last minute to book a room this year and booked this condo. It was very nice! It wasn't too crowded like most places we stayed at in the past. The elevators were quick with hardly any wait time. The walk to the beach was a short distance. Nice location, it was close to all the activities, so we didn't have to drive far.

Staff were very friendly, security patrolled the condos and pool area which made me feel safe. Condo was very up to date and clean. Balcony overlooked the beach, had an amazing view. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!

The location of the unit was the best feature of this rental. It was right on the beach. There were a couple issues with our unit though. We went the first night and second day of our trip with the AC not working properly, but it was fixed late the next night. The pullout couch was broken. I reached out about it being broken but it was never fixed. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms because of some type of repair/issue with the pipes. Not a huge issue, but when you pay money for your summer vacation, you expect the condo to be ready. A huge hole in the wall is not “ready” for tenants.

The fridge and dryer did not work and it took two days for someone to respond to us about the fridge. In the end they gave us a mini fridge. The door to the bathroom does not lock or close properly. The closet door had rust all over it and the bathroom door had mold inside. The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and the balcony had ants on it. The elevators also didn't work for the first two days we were there. The rooms were also very small but they put mirrors in the living room on the walls to make it appear bigger then it was. Would not recommend booking here.
