Room was good. Staff were indifferent and it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. If you need a place to sleep and cook, this works. Security was good too with key card entry to courtyard. Bring your own coffee.

It was not just a hotel room, it was an actual mini efficiency size apartment with its own kitchen with a full size fridge and mini living room. Truly a great price for that space. I didn’t need the kitchen, but I did bring a 1 gallon jug of water with me which doesn’t fit in the typical tiny fridges that are provided in standard hotel rooms, but I was able to keep my 1 gallon jug of water cold since I had the full size fridge. Along with that, the staff were very nice and courteous. It was conveniently located only 5-10 mins away from lots of restaurants, as well as the Capital and Senate buildings. Well worth the money and would gladly stay there again.

Great value. Though the staff was never there, so thankfully we didn’t need help with anything. New place, but construction was not the best. The security bolt on door didn’t go into the wall. The trim by bath and floor was already falling off and the cleaning crew was not as detailed as they could have been. However, for the price and the fact it had a kitchen, I would stay there again.
