This is a Air BB. There isn't a live person to greet us. Never had any physical contact with property owner or agent. However, many what's ap messages...Here is a message I sent to management company. Haven't received a reply as of this writing. I want to inform you of several issues with suite 107, especially the main access door. When you close the door, it locks automatically. However, when you leave, the door wouldn't open. After several attempts, I realized that the latch doesn't fully retract. I had to use a knife to push it in. However, when I use the key, the latch works perfectly. Also, the floor was dirty. So much so that our socks and bathmats got dirty when they got wet. The place needs a good deep cleaning and general maintenance.

Un grupo de jovenes tuvo Música y Gritos toda la noche. Hasta las 7 am se acabo el ruido. Se aviso del la situación pero no pudieron controlarla. No planemos volver. No se queden Ustedes tampoco en esa propiedad si valoran su sueño y su descanso.

Si la habitación tiene un problema, no resuelven.

Al llegar a la habitación vi que la taza del baño estaba rota, escribí en el chat de WhatsApp ya que es el único medio para resolver cualquier tema. Se tardaron media hora en contestarme y me terminaron diciendo que no había personal que lo resolviera, les pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que tampoco me podían cambiar de habitación. Le pedí el nombre a la persona que me estaba atendiendo en el chat y jamás me lo dio. Me salí del cuarto y ni siquiera dormí ahí. Al hacer el check out me mandaron vía WhatsApp una encuesta para ver qué tal estuvo mi estancia, comenté lo mismo que aquí y me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo, han pasado 4 y nadie me contactó.
