Otelde özellikle ayırttığım oda da konaklayamadım. Bunun sebebi olarak odaların belirli özelliklerine göre sınıflandığını ve geldiğimizde müsaitlik durumuna göre teslim ettiklerini söylediler. Fakat bunun rezervasyon sırasında bir ibare ile belirtilmesi gerekli ayrıca rezerve ettiğim odanın birçok özelliği aynı grupta yer alan diğer odalarda yoktu(dağ manzarası, balkon,yukarı kat vs.). Dolayısıyla bu şekilde bir sistem izlemeleri oldukça yanlış!! Örneğin ailemle konaklamak için özellikle yukarı katta bir oda seçmiştim (havadar ve sigara kokusuz olması için) fakat bize giriş kattaki odaları sundular. eğer istediğim özelliğe sahip odaları alamayacaksam bunun belirtilmesi gerekli. Bu durum otelden mi Hotels uygulamasından mı kaynaklanıyor bilmiyorum ama maduriyet yaşanmaması için düzeltilmeli. Bu durumu bildirdiğimizde ilk başta bir değişiklik olmasa da daha sonra bir üst kattaki odalardan birine alındık ancak yine de yaşadığımız olumsuzluk ve vakit kayıpları sebebiyle bu durum tatilin bir kısmını etkiledi. Bu süreçte otelde bize yardımcı olan güler yüzlü görevli kıza teşekkür ederim. Bu puanı onun emeği için veriyorum <3 Bunların haricinde oda temizliği fena değildi fakat koltukların temizlenmesinde biraz daha dikkat etmeliler. Koltukların birinde garip bir koku vardı.

Établissement bien situé à proximité du front de mer et de nombreux restaurants. Parking gratuit sur la rue. Studio suffisamment équipé, plutôt moderne notamment un grill pratique pour les grillades. Mal insonorisé, chambre du rez-de-chaussée donnant directement sur la réception et sur l'entrée (prévoir les boules quies), rideaux et stores pas suffisamment occultants (prévoir le masque occultant). et pas couette sur le lit. Personnel sympathique.

Odamız -1.kattaydı ve bu otelde öğrendiğimiz bir durumdu. Havasız, penceresi çok ufak bir açıyla açılan, banyosu çok kötü kokan ve mutfakta işe yarar hiçbir mutfak aleti olmayan bir konaklamaydı. Size sadece odayı veriyorlar ve kendi halinize bırakılıyorsunuz. Bu fiyata çok daha iyi seçenekler bulunabilir. Başkaları da bu hataya düşmesin.

Great Location Near Konyaaltı Beach, But Cleanline

A few meters from Konyaaltı Beach and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. As an apartment-style accommodation, it’s understandable that housekeeping is scheduled every three days. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The toilet and shower areas had visible mold, which should be addressed during cleaning. The bedding and linens appeared stained and did not seem properly washed. Additionally, the pillowcases and sheets were quite rough, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. If the management can address these hygiene and comfort issues, this hotel has the potential to offer a much more pleasant experience for its guests.

Family of 5 stayed for 7 nights, absolutely amazing place and will recommend to friends and family. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. First trip with our children and they absolutely loved it. The area was perfect were one end you had the beach which is a 5 min walk and other end shopping and restaurants. The family suite had all our needs and very spacious rooms.
