Good base for exploring Paris

Hard to find as the internet address was out of date, but good once found. Plenty of room, well equipped, and handy for the metro. Sunday market and supermarkets nearby.

The property is a senior apartment homes that rent the available units. The room was actually a studio apartment that has a small kitchenette, and even a laundry machine. The property is located close to a metro station that takes you in about 20 minutes to Paris.

The area the hotel is in is a very rough and ran down neighborhood. It is approximately 30 min away from the main attractions of this city. When we arrived, which was about 10pm, the room was not ready due to “flooding issues” then when I called Expedia to assist, the hotel said it was finding another room and it would be a 15 min wait. We waited another 40 min before we got our room. The rooms themselves, are ok. Not bad. The location is scary, but was well lit and the people around seemed to be friendly. Management was very friendly overall.

Camera spaziosa ma poco funzionale. Lo scarico del lavandino della cucina perdeva, la doccia era senza piatto (a pavimento) con pendenze ridicole e scarico lentissimo, ogni doccia si allagava letteralmente il bagno! La colazione passabile ma di scarsa qualitĂ  e quantitĂ  per il prezzo pagato.

Propre, fonctionnel en parallĂšle avec un EPAD

Studio, pour 1 personne. Fonctionnel et propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© (il y a une machine Ă  laver!). Par contre les chambres sont celles d'un EPAD, donc douche PMR (c'est pas gĂȘnant mais surprenant!) et lit medicalisĂ©, mais comfortable (surprenant mais pas gĂȘnant Ă©galement) Environnement animĂ© avec des bars et restauration ouverts tard le soir. La communication avec la rĂ©ception reste trĂšs simple, ils ne donnent pas beaucoup d'infos. J'y retournerais volontier donc je recommande. Petit dĂ©jeuner correct mais trĂšs simple.
