スタッフがとても親切でした。

英語もうまく話せない私たちでしたが、一生懸命対応してくださり、とても感謝しております。初めてのフランス旅行が楽しいものになりました。チェックアウト後、出発まで荷物を預かってくださったので、身軽にゆっくり観光ができ、とても助かりました。ただちょっとシャワーとドライヤーが、使いにくかったかな。

バスも、メトロも、買い物も、歩くのも、、便利なホテル。

この近辺では、今回初めて、利用しました。が、フロントの対応は、気持ち良い方々でした。外見からは、想像が出来ないが、コンパクトで、リノベーションができていて、パリの暑さの中、ホテルに帰ると、クーラーで一息できました。屋上からの眺めも、パリを実感できました。値段にしては、納得の滞在でした。

リニューアルある済みの便利で安心なカルチェのホテル

外が、40度近い中、ホテルの部屋は超快適空間。リニューアルがおわり、諦めていたバスもあり、嬉しい滞在でした。場所優先でしたが、屋上からのながめが気にいりました。15年以上、ホテルの前を通っていましたが、入り口が狭く、正直、余りきたいをしてなく、他のホテルを利用していました。が、今回の利用で、スタッフの対応が良く、お値段手頃で、お部屋の狭さは、値段型と納得して大満足でした。年に1、2回行くパリであれば、高級でなくても、気軽にりようできます。オペラからも、バス一本で行けます。安全で、安心なカルチェです。リニューアル

Situación ideal, buena calidad-precio

El hotel está muy bien situado, te permite llegar a los principales sitios turísticos sin necesidad de transporte público. Teniendo en cuenta esto, tiene una muy buena calidad-precio. Ideal para hacer turismo y pasar por la habitación sólo para descansar.

No me han reenbolsado dos desayunos que no se pudieron utilizae por el paro. A la dueña del hotel, no le interesa demasiado el servicio a los clientes ya que ni siquiera a contestado las peticiones. Habitaciones chicas. Desayuno un poco pobre.

Clean and convenient location

Visited Paris as an anniversary trip. The hotel is just steps from the metro. The room is small but adequate for us. Clean and we had a great view of the street below. We arrived before checkin and dropped our bags and left to explore. Arriving back a few hours later, they moved our bags into our rooms which was great! The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The following day they held our bags for a few hours until we had to leave for the airport. Would return there again!

good location, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Room small but manageable but the bathroom was almost unusable.The door did not open fully because the toilet was behind it the shower was in a bath which you had to climb into through a ten inch gap between the hand basin and the wall

This hotel was very disappointing. The towels were old and had holes in them. The bathroom is very dangerous because the tub is extremely high (2 feet off the ground) compounding this problem is a glass enclosure that does not move so you sqeeze yourself through an awkward 3 foot space to get into a slippery bathtub without handrails. They advertise that there is a blow dryer in each room. This “blow dryer” is fixed to the wall in the bathroom from about the 1970s which barely blows any air. While we do like the area we would recommend you stay somewhere else. We don’t expect anything fancy but you can’t even charge your phone or any technology next to your bed it has to be across the room. This hotel is in a great location but needs updating to get with the times. Again, great location and hotel staff upfront in reception very pleasant to deal with. This hotel needs to be remodeled desperately.

It was a very small hotel, somewhat bizarre as Americans on their first visit to Europe. The check in was on the second floor of a narrow staircase or via a small one person elevator. That being said, the staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was good, nice and centralized with relatively easy walking distances to major attractions. I would stay here again.

We stopped at hotel on 27/8/19.The staff are very friendly, the Hotel is very small but still comfortable. Disappointingly there are photos on website of a bar and a restaurant neither of these could be found!Evening meals are not served but photos show them. The rooms are admittedly small but clean and comfortable, there were only two plug sockets, which were the other side of the room to the mirror, so trying to straighten hair proved quite difficult. There is no shower screen so bathroom floor got really wet and slippy. Also it would have been really nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. The Hotel is in a great location, quite hard to find. We had an amazing time in Paris can’t wait to come back, but will definitely stop in an alternative hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Room was a bit small and not very soundproof. Also sometimes hot water ran out in the evening. But price was reasonable and public areas were very nice. Would definitely go back.
