This place was perfect for our small family. It was super convenient, close to everything we needed. We could easily explore the area without any hassle.

This place was easy to access and the checkin process of smooth. Though some might say room was bit small it had everything we needed for stay. When ever we had questions staff was there to help via video call within seconds. Loved how the facility was managed everything from cloud. Would definitely recommend Minn stays to anyone.

The staff were Chinese and could not speak Japanese well, and there was no air conditioning at the entrance, so it was very difficult to enter the building.

とても清潔で5日間過ごすのにちょうどいい部屋でした。また、近くにコンビニがあり、駅もあって、利便性はとても良いです。天満駅に続く商店街のもんじゃ焼きもんじゃという店がおすすめです

Ett bra boende, schysst rum. Tvättmaskin. Projektor istället för tv. Ca 15 minuters promenad till Umeda station. Ett stort minus är den digitala incheckningen, bedrövligt ljud, nästintill ohörbart. Annars helt ok

事前にチェックインしたのに、オートロックの番号が送られて来ず、疲れているのに到着時に問い合わせる必要があった。ホテルサービスが受けられると思っていたが、リネンタオル交換は短期滞在では受けられなかった。ホテルではなくウィークリーマンションだと思った方が良い。タオルは何枚か予備が欲しかった。部屋のゴミ箱はすぐに溜まるのでゴミ袋も欲しかった。洗濯ができるが柔軟剤がなくてタオルがガサガサになった。寝室の照明に調光がなくて明るすぎた。加湿器の容量が小さくすぐ乾く。隣部屋のいびきが聞こえる。消防署が近くにあり夜間でもうるさい。
