Appart Hotel dans quartier calme de Clermont-Ferrand. Stationnement à Proximité. Chambre assez spacieuse avec kitchenette fonctinnelle. La vaisselle est aleatoire. Moquette de partout, y compris dans la salle de bain/wc, pas de rideau de douche ce qui garde une humidité peu agreable. Pas de clim. On a dormi la fenetre ouverte, pas de nuisance la nuit.

En plein centre, pas cher, pratique !

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, tout proche de la place de Jaude, accueil sympathique et très efficace. L'immeuble est vieillissant mais l'appart est fonctionnel, les clochards sont nombreux aux alentours, mais pas agressifs. Hyper centre incroyablement pas cher.

La chambre non climatisée..impossible de dormir la nuit avec la chaleur. Fenêtre laissée ouverte ...hurlements terrifiés durant la nuit , plus cris et bagare dans la rue. Donc nuit blache. Prochain sejour nous choisirons un hotel en dehor du centre ville.

Arriver le vendredi soir très bonne accueil avec l'hôtesse le samedi avec une nouvelle hotesse pour des renseignements impeccable Pour le départ le dimanche un peu surpris sur le prix du parking, étant annoncé a 8€ pour 24heures sur notre message d'information et on nous annonce 9€ à l'accueil, je constate l'erreur et les demoiselles nous snobes complètement ,et ne veulent rien entendre. Etant donné que le site n'a pas ete mis a jour Alors si ils font cela à toutes les clients je ne trouve pas cela tres commerçant. Concernant la chambres au 6eme etage restent un peu vieillottes,salle de bains douche sabot et rideau de douche pas trop nette. Les rideaux sur la fenetre un peu jaunâtres. Apparemment il y a de la rénovation de chambre actuellement. Sinon côté sécurité correct.

Énorme déception

Personne pour répondre pendant plus de 15 minutes lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la grille d'entrée. On a fini par la passer, arrivée à l'accueil toujours personne, au bout de 10 minutes en ayant vu mon numéro de chambre, j'ai moi même pris les clés (les enfants étaient à deux doigts d'uriner sur eux). Nous nous sommes installés et redescendus après pour prévenir bien évidemment. Dame gentille la dessus rien en particulier à dire. J'aurais pas été éclatée de fatigue j'aurais fais demi tour vu l'état de la literie, toilettes bouchées, ménage très très limite, tâches partout sur sols ou murs. Bref de gros travaux de rénovation sont vraiment à prévoir ainsi que la procédure d'accueil pour éviter de rester dans la rue avec des sans abris pas très clairs ...

Séjour convenable pour 2 nuits pas plus, le personnel d'accueil est gentille, l'hôtel est vieux, on n'entend tout, surtout la femme de ménage le matin dans le couloir, très bien placer en plein centre ville mais impossible de trouver un parking non payant a proximité.
