Pros: cleanliness, locations, price. Cons: I had issues with them sending me messages everyday about submitting my documents when I had already done it which was super annoying. Had to call them twice to get it squared away. Someone got pretty loud screaming and fighting in the hallway but that happens anywhere. Bring an Eye mask if you need complete darkness to sleep. Shower pressures were pretty weak.

Location: Great. Right on the main road near UAB Hospital. Grocery and eateries within walking distance. Check-in : Poor. International phone and card holders BEWARE! the managers will not send an information to an international number. The check-in process is not explained clearly and can be an absolute nightmare. There are NO staff on-site/ NO front desk / Entrance on the main road -WILL BE MISSED as there is no indication that its the entrance. Room facilities & Cleanliness: i have to give this one 5 STARS!! Well equipped and absolutely clean.

The pictures look nice, this was the WORST situation ever. Communication with the property manager and/liason was exceedingly difficult. The platform required to complete the booking was invasive and required information far beyond what is typically required for a a standard reservation (social security number, credit check, etc), and I was never able to make contact with an actual human at the property. I wish there was a way to give a negative -5 star review. They’ve earned it.

Landing Midtown - home away from home

My stay at Landing Midtown was really exceptional… I was very impressed with the comfort and style of the apartment … the convenience of location to the attention to detail in the rooms to the cleanliness of the environment, etc. I would most definitely stay again!!

The management for Landing at Landing-Midtown were so very prompt, courteous, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property itself was in a good location and perfect for our needs. I will be looking at other properties managed by them for future rentals. Overall.... it was perfect!
