Great business stay

I stayed at head suites for 19 nights on a business trip. Recently renovated rooms, all new appliances and furniture. Bed was extremely comfortable , rooms quiet and plenty of space to work from the suite. Good access to public transport and plenty of choice of nearby restaurants

Comfortable, Good Location but could be Better

We stayed here over 2 weeks. The staff was professional and helpful. Their cleaning schedule 3 times a week was appropriate especially because of covid. The location was fantastic and the public transit options were great too. We enjoyed their swimming pool as well. However my husband and I didn't like how we couldn't have guests in the apartment. It was more strict than if we stayed in other hotels where up to 5pax were allowed in the room. At time of booking, BBQ was advertised and was something we hoped to use. They found out only much later that the BBQs were closed for maintenance. This could not have been a last minute decision and the listing should have reflected upcoming renovation works. We had a good stay despite not having guests and not using the BBQ pits. The TV was older too but that didn't bother us. Wi-Fi was extremely slow so we used own our data from our phones. We also learned that unlike other guests, we did not qualify for breakfast booking through Hotels.com. If the points I mentioned don't bother you, this is a good place to stay while exploring Singapore.

Friendly staff. Large 1 bedroom suite. Kitchen included what I needed. Carpet in bedroom should be upgraded. Breakfast was sufficient and basic. It was heavy on bread items. Light on protein. Limited or no fruit.

Nice hotel to relax

Is very comfortable as it is a quiet place. The carpark is quite confusing cause only on particular level i'm able to get access to the lift.

Feel like home!!

It was overall a good place to stay. Comfort level was 100%. I stayed in room 05-12.Some parts of the wallpaper at the back of the entrance door is peeling. Window screw was faulty. Can be dangerous with kids around. It was actually okay for me coz it was just for my husband n me to sleep in. We request for late check out. And we got to check out at 2pm instead of 12nn for free without additional charge.overall a good staycation for us.

Negative 1)Housekeeping will enter your room without your knowledge. Rmb to lock the doors or display the DnD sign. 2)Much strands of hair found in toilet. Cleaning not thorough. This is upon check-in. 3)No door bell. 4) Tv channels in folder not updated 5) Gym n pool did not provide towels only till the 5th day. 5th day was check-out day. 6) Bathroom did not provide in-room slippers and Hair Conditioner. 7) Bedroom have no TV. 8)When showering, water flows down the bath tub due to its nature of layout. Pros 1) AC is good 2) Bed is duper comfortable

We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day. The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road. We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time.

We loved our stay at Park Avenue. Everything was just wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed as a family. The housekeeping staff were particularly helpful and kept the place spotless. The location was central and even has a small shopping centre right downstairs, with supermarket and chemist etc. We would definitely stay again!

We were a family of 3. Our stay at Park Avenue was excellent. The location was great and right about a mall with a superarket. Near the MRT and all tourists attractions wear easy to get to. The pillows were uncomfortable, there were no porters to help with your luggage when arriving or leaving, cleaners only come 3 times a week and they don't wash dishes and they dont refil the shower gel without request. Overally oir stay in Singapore was amazing

Amazing location right across the road from Fort Canning MRT, easy 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay, supermarket in the building. Swimming pool is great and apartment was well equipped.
